The very top edge where the plastic cover is opened exposed the top edge of the record. It is still in excellent condition but there is some minor wear. So indeed, it has cut through a bit over time and I wanted to share this information and add a couple photos of this. The tear is about 1.5 in length and only noticeable from the side with the image of the woman. Also, I wanted to include a photo of the actual LP. Nothing is wrong with it and again, it was never taken out or played. However, there is a mark on the pink side that I’m showing in the photo. I’m guess that it stuck to the inside of the sleeve after being in there for over a decade and pulled off the paper in these two tiny spots. This didn’t happen on the other side.
